She’s known for making complex financial matters simple, actionable and effective with tailored solutions that work in the real world. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and has built a reputation for cutting through the noise, helping business owners find clarity, direction and lasting stability. Her track record includes industry-leading sales performance, operational leadership and a deep commitment to helping clients succeed.
Paul Gorin – Co-Founder & Senior Consultant
Paul brings a wealth of international experience across maritime, energy and green technology sectors, having held senior roles in project management, business development and technical sales. His career spans global organisations including DNV, Navig8 and CMA CGM, where he led high-value projects and helped businesses navigate regulatory complexity and operational transformation. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Manchester, where he earned the prestigious PGT Dean’s Award for Academic Achievement, placing him in the top 1% of his cohort.
